Refund and Returns Policy

At Nira Jewels, customer satisfaction is our priority. We follow a transparent and fair return policy.

Returns

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery
• Product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Original packaging and invoice are mandatory

Non-Returnable Items

• Customized / personalised jewellery
• Earrings, nose pins, toe rings (for hygiene reasons)
• Products damaged due to improper handling

Refunds

• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
• Refund processing may take 5–7 business days

Exchange

• Size or model exchanges are allowed (subject to availability)
• Shipping charges may apply for exchanges
